You can return your order by submitting a return request within 14 days by clicking here and following the instructions.
1.(EU countries) Fill in and sign the Return Proforma Invoice that was sent to you with your order. Place it inside the package together with the items packed and ready for return.
2.(non-EU countries) Fill in and sign the Return Proforma Invoice that was sent to you with your order.
Make 4 additional copies so you have a total of 5 invoices. Insert one inside the package together with the items packed and ready for return. Give the remaining 4 to the courier at pickup; they are required for customs clearance.
3.Attach the return label to the outside of the package. You can download it at the end of the procedure.
I have lost the Return Proforma Invoice
4.Contact the courier within 14 days from submitting the return to schedule the pickup, referring to the details in the “How to schedule a return pickup?” section.
This return method is valid only for online purchases.
