You can now request the replacement of your items. If you wish to change the size and/or colour of the item you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 14 days from the delivery date.
Simply click here, enter the requested information, select the “change size and/or colour” option, and follow the instructions to complete your request.
We will reserve the new item for you and, once we receive your return, we will ship it to the original address. You will receive an email notification when the shipment is on its way.
You may replace the size and/or colour of an item only once, but you can always return it by following the instructions in our Returns Policy.
